All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if deemed medically inappropriate.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • A minimum of 2 hours a notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of payment

We strive to accommodate all clients but cannot guarantee availability without prior booking.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise stated.

  • Services rendered are non-refundable

  • Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law

  • Credits or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion
