At New York IV Wellness LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide safe, high-quality wellness and IV therapy services. Due to the nature of healthcare services, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All services provided by New York IV Wellness LLC are non-refundable once administered, including but not limited to IV therapy, injections, and wellness treatments.

By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary from person to person

  • No specific outcomes or guarantees have been promised

  • Services are provided based on clinical judgment and patient-specific needs

2. Prepaid Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with at least [24 hours] notice may be rescheduled without penalty

  • Cancellations made less than [24 hours] prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the full-service fee

Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be converted into a credit at our discretion.

3. Packages & Memberships

  • All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law

  • Unused services do not expire in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase, may be prorated to the current market price.

  • Medical clearance is required prior to receiving services; inability to receive treatment does not guarantee a refund

4. Medical Eligibility Disclaimer

All services are subject to evaluation and approval by a licensed healthcare provider.

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe. In such cases:

  • A refund or partial credit may be issued at our sole discretion

5. Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to investigation and collection efforts to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, including the New York General Business Law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New York IV Wellness LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lack of desired results

  • Individual reactions to treatments

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” and in accordance with applicable medical standards.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
